Looking for information on the Marion and Ida BURKETT listed in the 1900 census for Allen county, Ohio. I think they moved to Allen county, Ohio from Augusta county, Virginia. Marion Burkett was born Jan 1866 and Ida CURTIS BURKETT was born Sept 1870. They were probably married around 1888, most likely in Virginia. I can't find anything on them after they appear in the 1900 census. Did they die in Allen county? They were still relatively young in 1900. Five of their children were born in Ohio and I can't find them after 1900 either. Marion's parents were living with him and his family in this (1900) census. No sign of them after 1900. Does anyone recognize this family? What happened to them?

I am seeking descendants of Samuel BRANTNER, born circa 1818 in Maryland. In 1870 he lived in Lafayette Village in Allen County with his wife Margaret and children William, Mary, Kate, Addie, George and Luke. Samuel's occupation was cooper. I have much information on BRANTNER lines in MD, WV, PA, and other locations.

I am searching for information on the Samuel DELZELL who married Amanda THOMAS on Sept 25, 1861, in Mercer County, Ohio. He may possibly be the Samuel DELZELL listed as the 12 year old son of David and Martha DELZELL in the 1850 US Census for Allen County, Ohio.

Four children: Francis Marceiia, Died January 4, 1892; Harold C., Died 1893; Jesse Florence, Born February 15, 1879 Died June (or January) 1947; Ellsworth Herbert Johnson, Born July 4, 1880 Died May 29, 1954. I believe John H. Johnson may have a brother or uncle named Saul Johnson and his father may have had the name Peter Johnson. John may have been a member of the First Baptist Church. Franklin THRAILKILL, b. 1883, parents, William THRAILKILLb. 1859, Ida Belle DOWNEY, b. 1860, d. 7/31/1892. Don't know much about them except I know they were from West Minister, Allen Co. Ohio. I don't even know who raised Franklin Wheeler THRAILKILL after his mother died at a young age. I know some of the family also lived in Lima, Ohio.
