HEFFNER, LINK, MILLER, REDEFFER posted by Bob Peppermuller on Saturday, January 2, 1999

MILLER, Rolla (1888-1961) and LINK, Elizabeth (1883-1949) both born and died in Lima, Allen Co. OH. They had 4 children: (1). Frank R. (2). Marie G. (3). Henry W. (4). Paul A. (all dates unknown). In 1938 they all lived at 654 S. Metcalf, Lima except Marie who lived at 740 S. Metcalf with William J. Miller (Rolla's brother??). I am interested in locating any living descendant with information about Rolla and his wife Elizabeth about the years they lived in Hamilton, Ravalli Co. Montana (Bitteroot Valley) and after they returned to Lima. =========================================== HEFFNER. Seeking information on burial location of Benjamin HEFFNER and his wife Hannah Caroline; HEFFNER(REDEFFER). Benjamin murdered her 30 Oct 1884 on his farm near Westminster, Ohio. He committed suicide in the Lima, Ohio (Allen County) jail on 21 Nov 1884. Newspaper accounts only say they were buried in Wesminster. I think it is Bethlehem cemetery but headstone inscription list doesn't list. I want to verify Bejamin's parents are Abraham and Cathrine HEFFNER of Pickaway county. At the time of the murder/suicide Benjamin was living on a farm next to Gabriel HEFFNER around Westminster.
