ARNOLD, ASPINALL, KELLER, MOORMAN, MORMAN, SCHLAFF posted by Louise Keller Schlaff on Tuesday, November 24, 1998

ALLEN COUNTY names I am researching to find cemetery burials, marriages, births: At Spencerville area, Amanda Township, believed buried at Hartford CH cemetery is my great great grandfather:WILLIAM MOORMAN(MORMAN). Need to confirm date of death which I have as 13 Feb 1885; His wife, NANCY ARNOLD MOORMAN, has no date of death on my chart. Can someone check cemetery at Hartford CH cemetery on her stone where she and husband are buried for date of death? Ideally, would like to contact an active church member of Hartford CH since I believe WILLIAM MOORMAN was a church builder in the area? I am descended from REBECCA MOORMAN ASPINALL, a daughter, born about 1851, died 1879, also supposedly buried at Hartford CH cemetery, Spencerville, , Allen county. She married WILLIAM WESLEY ASPINALL, 22 Dec 1866. I want to know if there is a web site for Putnam Co., Ohio since descendant of REBECCA MOORMAN ASPINALL AND WILLIAM WESLEY ASPINALL lived at Kalida, Putnam Co., Ohio? Anyone have any e-mail contact there? Thank you. LOUISE KELLER SCHLAFF, lschlaff@htonline.com or telephone 810 229 0269.
